It was 27 January 2019 and we had a special dinner. It’s a classic french cuisine, the Tartiflette. It’s so special and it feels like Christmas. You need the following ingredients:
Onions, potatoes, lardons, white wine, reblochon, garlic
Serve with salad on the side and a good red wine, perfect!
