I Love Food! – A Friendly Reminder

Who doesn’t love food?

I myself is guilty and sometimes it’s becoming a weakness not to satisfy and indulge in your cravings. But I always remeber “balanced diet” is the key. I can eat whatever I want as long as I have full control. I can eat pizza, burgers, cheese, sweets, chips, etc… It’s December and parties are everywhere. Drinking and eating is part of it so you better watch out or you’ll cry. I’m 32 turning 33 in January 2, 5’1 in height and weighing 46.1 kilos. I can gain more weight if I like but my body doesn’t like. If I get heavier, it’s like my body is so lazy and I don’t feel well about it. You are what you eat. If you are eating a lot of junk don’t complain if you have a lot of junk too in your body “because you are what you eat”. Eat veggies and fruits EVERYDAY, end of discussion. You can eat what you want but don’t forget for how many times you are supposed to eat those. Once a week or twice a month only you should eat meat or if you really want to be good, not at all. Try to eat the veggie patties, it’s flavorful too. Drink minimum 1L of water everyday and that is a must. Your body is something you should take care of and it deserves to be. It’s all in the mind anyway. 12 days before Christmas. 

I’m excited too!
