lemon juice (depends how much acidity you like),
Brazil nut, 25cl olive oil,
apples (original recipe purée)
Mix all the ingredients and neatly place the apple slices on top but it depends on you if you like to do with the original recipe.
60 minutes, 180°C
Vegetarian cake, not sweet at all so I top it with coco syrup.
