Planting is really helping the body, mind and soul to be relaxed. I’ve read a good article by Sarah Rayner that talks about the benefits of planting.

I’m new to planting and it’s giving me excitement to experiment and discover the benefits of it. I can’t even say right now if I have a green thumb. Give it a try too. It’s a new way to put our gadgets down for a moment to live and enjoy the nature.
